Pre-Construction Services

The feasibility study phase is the crucial first step in implementing a project that fully meets the client’s expectations.

This process, which takes place over several weeks, begins with an in-depth meeting in which we listen carefully to the client’s needs and visions: we analyze every detail of the new project, identifying distinctive features and specific needs.

A central element of this phase is the search for the ideal production site or industrial area: we provide the client with two or three alternative solutions, all carefully selected based on strategic, logistical and operational factors.

Upon request, we can develop a preliminary budget so that the client has a clear view of the costs and resources needed to start the project.

General Contracting Services

Our general contracting services offer a comprehensive approach to project management, ensuring the client that every phase, from design to implementation, is fully integrated and under our control.

In this mode, we assume total responsibility for all activities, including cost, time and resource management.

The general contracting contract is not limited to the provision of the required services, but also includes a clear definition of the budget, general conditions and technical specifications for project execution, ensuring transparency and timeliness.

To ensure excellent results, we select the best suppliers of raw materials and work with companies that are highly specialized in construction, renovation, plant engineering and all the services required to successfully complete the project.
