On June 14, 2024, the surveillance audit, serving as the renewal session for ISO 9001 certification, was successfully concluded. This session was aimed at renewing, deliberating, issuing, and recording Certificate No. IT/CE/20260066. The audit was conducted at our headquarters and across two of our construction sites, led by Lead Auditor, Engineer Elisa Torchio.
Over the course of two days, the Audit Group (AG) reviewed the documentary part of our management system and conducted direct inspections at our construction sites.
One of the sites was related to the construction of a 431 kW photovoltaic plant for our key client, MOLINI SPIGADORO SpA:

The other refers to the partial refurbishment of the industrial roofing at the Fossato di Vico (PG) plant of TR ITALY SpA, a new client with whom we have signed a “turnkey” agreement for both the upgrade of the roofing system and the future installation of an 805 kW plant.
We will discuss this new project in the coming weeks, as we will demonstrate the technical combination of INDUSTRIAL ROOFING REFURBISHMENT + PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM.

During the morning of Thursday, June 13, the approach of the management in leading the company was meticulously evaluated by Engineer Torchio. CEO Dr. Filippo Barbetti presented all the procedural implementations related to the organization of Inveco Holding SpA.
In the audit meeting, all transitional documents were reviewed, including the new organizational chart divided by business units and the new monitoring systems implemented on the company’s Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Additionally, the training hours provided to the entire Inveco team, particularly those for the newly added staff members, were assessed.
Moreover, the management clearly expressed the intention to expand their certification in 2025 to include ISO 14001 and to begin the journey towards ESG certification. Furthermore, the Lead Auditor did not initiate any specific corrective actions, and the audit outcome was exceedingly positive, with no observations or non-conformities.
Final result: renewal, resolution, issuance, and registration of Certificate No. IT/CE/20260066.
A sincere and heartfelt thanks to the entire Inveco Team for the excellent work done, as the positive outcome of the audit, without any non-conformities, is a source of great pride and serves as an incentive to continue on the path of operational excellence and sustainability.
