Inveco Asya and Sumiriko: renewal for six years in Turkey

On October 8, 2019 the renewal of the lease agreement between INVECO ASYA and SUMIRIKO HOSE OTOMOTIVE concerning the Kartepe / Kocaeli industrial building was signed, consolidating its presence in the Turkish market for the next six years.

SUMIRIKO, industrial leader of various automotive components, has expanded a lot in recent years in the Kartepe / Kocaeli industrial site, where it boasts the production of a wide range of products for the primary “car makers“. The consolidation of relations with INVECO supports its industrial performance.

INVECO ASYA, thanks also to the signing of this important contract renewal, will draw-up a specific real estate investment plan in the coming months to strengthen its presence in the Turkish market.
