Inveco Group: share capital increase launched

On 05 December 2019, the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Inveco Holding SpA, with the presence of the entire Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, approved a share capital increase of € 500,000, bringing it to a total value of 2,000 000 €. The purpose of this operation is aimed at consolidating corporate assets.
