INVECO and DAYCO will continue to invest in the Ivrea plant

In the first days of the year, was extended the lease agreement of the buildings of San Bernardo d’Ivrea (TO) with a medium / long term horizon. The operational synergy between the two companies is a business model that has lasted for over 20 years.

In 1999 Dayco commissioned Inveco to renovate the first 10,000 square meter portion of the Olivetti industrial complex.

In 2002 the production area was extended the plant with an additional production hall of 3,000 square meter.

In 2003 was built the new offices, which is still the administrative headquarters of Dayco Europe Srl.

In 2005, however, the logistics warehouse was expanded.

In these years Inveco and Dayco have always shared every structural and systems adaptation and collaborated in close synergy with specific and targeted multi-year maintenance plans, department by department.
Today the industrial area owned by Inveco Immobiliare Srl given in rent to Dayco is over 20,000 square meters. In this twenty years, all the buildings and its systems have been restructured and adapted according to the customer’s specific needs: production departments, R&D testing laboratories, logistics warehouses and offices.

With this renewal, Inveco and Dayco in addition to the long-term extension of the commercial relationship, will make improvements to the plant, aimed both at the energy efficiency of the building and production envelope but also all the work environment level.
