The managing director Dr. Filippo Barbetti has signed a new lease agreement with Dr. Alessandro Caleri, President of PadelProject, for the rental of an industrial warehouse owned by INVECO HOLDING SpA located in the Municipality of Gubbio (PG), in Via Velino 17.
The new contract will have a long term duration (6 years with renewal for a further 6 years). The intent of the company, of which Dr. Caleri is Chairman of the Board of Directors, is to create 4 indoor padel courts operating 365 days a year.
According to PadelProject’s tight investment program, the first two playgrounds will be operational in the first week of June, while the other two will be built during the summer months.
Inveco Holding spA will make all the necessary real estate adjustments in the coming weeks, so that the new customer can start the business within the established time frame.
