On 15 June 2021, the annual SGS surveillance audit concerning the ISO-9001/2015 certification was completed.

Purpose of certification:
> DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND THE RELATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS.
> PROVISION OF GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES.
> DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS.
Evidence and Audit Plan:
The Audit Group (GA) conducted an audit by sampling by processes focused on the significant aspects / risks / objectives required by the reference standard, based on the information available at the time of the audit; techniques such as interviews, activity observations and review of documents and records were used in the audit.
During the audit, a visit was made to one of our industrial real estate properties on which, in recent weeks, significant building interventions have been made that have allowed us to rent the property to the Padel Project company.
Conclusions of the GA:
The organization has established and maintained the management system in accordance with the requirements of the standard and demonstrated the system’s ability to systematically achieve the requirements defined for the products / services in line with the purpose and objectives / policy of the Organization.
Extremely positive outcome, no observations and no non-conformities.
