A new agreement has finally been reached with our primary customer Dayco Europe Srl, which will see us engaged in Ivrea for several weeks in the construction of a large 807 kWp photovoltaic system.
Work began on Monday 20 September. 45 days of work are foreseen with an average daily use of 10 workers who will have to: install 4 different sections of the system, a shelter for 16 executive parking spaces integrated with 5 new BEV and PHEV car charging points, restore 2,000 m2 of asphalt mat .
The photovoltaic system will be used by Dayco in SEU (Efficient User System) mode. This system will be connected to the customer’s users and the energy produced will be entirely self-consumed. In this specific case, the self-consumption threshold will be close to 100%.
Given the type of installation and the solar radiation in the area, we expect a totally green production (average / year) of 800,000 kWh, equivalent to a non-emission of 284 tons / CO2 per year, equal to the planting of 28,400 trees (indicators ISPRA Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research).
In the era of ecological transition, the manufacturing industry linked to the automotive sector is increasingly sensitive to energy saving and the reduction of CO2 during production.
The Inveco Group, a developer of renewable systems for years, takes up the challenge and is a candidate as an industrial and strategic partner for all those companies that need technical and professional support capable of guaranteeing seriousness, skills and speed of intervention.
In addition to offering a “turnkey” service for the design and installation of photovoltaic systems, we offer the formula of the “operating system lease”, exempting our customers from making the investment but guaranteeing contractual savings from the first year.
This business model was used with our client Dayco Europe Srl.
