The Role of Inveco in Renewable Energy Communities (REC)

Specifically, our team participated in the workshop on Industrial Renewable Energy Communities (CER), which took place on Thursday, October 16th.

During the discussion, Eng. Andrea Girelli, representing Inveco Holding, shared his expertise and presented how our company is contributing to the energy transition of large enterprises.

Inveco’s Leadership in the Photovoltaic Sector

Inveco, a company long specialized in the development of industrial facilities and photovoltaic systems for businesses, is a key partner for industrial enterprises seeking to implement solutions for the production and management of clean energy.

A dialogue with the key players in the industry

ZeroEmission Mediterranean 2024 provided a platform to engage with key players in the ongoing energy revolution, enabling us to strengthen our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

We had the opportunity to delve into emerging trends, such as the development of Energy Communities, which are essential for decentralizing energy production and accelerating the reduction of CO2 emissions.

Our Commitment to a Net-Zero Emissions Future

Inveco’s participation in the event reaffirmed our leadership in the renewable energy sector and our role as a general contractor, offering complete solutions, from design to implementation, for companies aiming for a zero-emissions future.

Below, we would like to share the speech delivered by our engineer, Andrea Girelli:

I attended the CER Imprese Lazio conference with great interest, where I highlighted 13 strategic industrial hubs in the region:

  • Rome
  • Latina
  • Frosinone-Sora
  • Castelli
  • Bretella Nord
  • Pomezia-Santa Palomba
  • Civita Castellana-Viterbo
  • Sud Pontino
  • Litorale Nord
  • Cassino
  • Rieti-Cittaducale
  • Bretella Sud
  • Fiano Romano-Formello

During the meeting, the primary objective was to identify areas of interest for developing stand-alone photovoltaic projects, while also focusing on prospects for integration into local energy community projects. In particular, we discussed the importance of leveraging existing infrastructure, such as primary substations, to facilitate the implementation of these sustainable solutions. This approach not only promotes the use of renewable energy but also fosters collaboration between local businesses, contributing to a more sustainable energy future for the region.”

Conclusion

Our commitment is to promote innovative technologies that support decarbonization and contribute to creating a sustainable energy environment for businesses.
