MAAP – MA AUTOMOTIVE PORTUGAL SA

The Inveco Group‘s portuguese company, Naiting Promotora Immobiliaria and Constructora Civil Lda, has signed a preliminary sale contract for the Valença do Minho industrial plant with the multinational, operating in the automotive sector, MAAP MA Automotive Portugal SA, which is part of the CLN Group.

In addition to the sale of the real estate, the agreement provides for a global restyling of architectural, technical and plant engineering. The intervention will be carried out by Naiting’s technical management and will be completed in the next four months.

The commercial relationships between Inveco and MA date back to 2011 when an industrial project was set up in Serbia for the construction of a turnkey 16,000 square meter plant. In the following years commercial relations continued with the study of a new project in Brazil. The collaboration took shape with the preparation of an important feasibility study for the German market.

The wish of the Inveco Group board is the profitable continuation of the commercial relationship with the Turin-based multinational, leader in the automotive engineering sector.
