Plados Thelma: the new plant will save 207 tons / year of CO2
The construction work on the photovoltaic system with a nominal power of 477 kWp on the Montecassiano (MC) industrial plant of our customer Plados Telma SpA was completed in mid-July.
The photovoltaic modules you see in the photos are produced by Jinko Solar, a latest generation 440 watt module – model: tiger pro 430 – 450.
In this plant, modules coplanar to the galvanized sheet metal domes 8 tenths and modules on ballasts in reinforced concrete were installed. inclined at 15 degrees, Viessmann type.
The plant should come into operation in the next few days, it will guarantee the customer an electricity production exceeding 500,000 kWh / year, which according to forecasts should be self-consumed by the plant at 85%. The remain will be fed directly to the national grid. We also estimate a CO2 saving equal to 207 tons per year of missed emissions, equivalent to the planting of 20,500 trees.
A great green result!
The construction saw 8 qualified employees work for about 35 working days who installed the system in total safety. Coverage was also ensured with the new life line system of the manufacturer FT SpA.
Our construction site drone resumed the construction of the system in several stages.
With the construction of this new plant, INVECO’s corporate targets are confirmed, whose operation is increasingly establishing itself in green & energy renewable projects.
Continue to follow us and contact us for any technical and specific information, we will shortly publish the start of another important newly contracted photovoltaic project with one of our primary customers.
